Accomodation
Harts Kingdom is our fantastic fully equipped, air conditioned Florida villa sleeping 8 in 3 bedrooms. The house has a large lounge and dining area, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, double garage and its own private games room and swimming pool.
The Lounge
The lounge is very spacious and consists of a leather three seater and two-seater settee and single chair. Cable TV, Playstation 2 that is also a DVD player. Coffee table and side table with lamps, Patio doors leading to the pool. Adjoining dining area with table and chairs.
The Kitchen
Fitted to a high specification with the most up to date gadgets. All crockery, cutlery, glasses etc are provided. CD player with radio, Laundry room with Washer and Tumble Dryer, Breakfast bar and stools.
Master Bedroom
Has a large king size bed and bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, cable TV and DVD player. Sliding doors to pool. En-suite bathroom and vanity unit with cupboards under, Hairdryer, electric point for shaver, walk in clothes closet.
Bedroom 2
Two single beds with bedside table and lamp, and cable TV, set of draws and large built in wardrobe, also has direct access to Bathroom two, sliding doors to pool.
Bedroom 3
Two single beds with bedside table and lamp, cable TV, set of draws and large built in wardrobe.
Study/Bedroom 4
This room can be used as a study for those quiet moments or become a bedroom.
It has a queen sofa bed and single chair; coffee table and side table with a set of draws and built in wardrobe, cable TV and video player.
