Why book direct and not through a travel agent?
You will receive a personal service; it will be cheaper than booking through a travel agent.
What is included in the price?
Everything in the villa, plus access to the community area i.e. communal swimming pool, gym, games room and lounge and media room.
What is not included in the price?
Pool heating, baby equipment, BBQ
Can we hire additional equipment?
If needed yes, our management company hires out all baby equipment and BBQ's etc for a very small charge.
What if I need help or assistance whilst staying in the villa?
Our management company have an onsite office adjacent to the clubroom and are on call 24hrs a day in case of emergencies.
What do I need to bring?
Only your personal effects plus lots of suntan lotion.
Do we need a car?
Although not essential it is recommended, for non-drivers a shuttle bus to the major attractions is provided, picking up and dropping off at the Clubhouse at Glenbrook. Prices and timetable available from our management company. Taxis are readily available.
Can I bring my own DVD's videos or Playstation games?
Generally, no - the UK electrical system is very different to the USA, but our management company rents out games and videos. If, however, you have Region 1 DVD's, or PS2 games that are US compatible, then you are welcome to bring yours with you.
